Beginning September 2nd, 2024, Pertinacious Coffee will be ready to serve you Mondays through Thursdays from 7am to 1pm. Come see us and become a regular!

Pertinacious Coffee is a new mobile coffee company launched and run by Emma Layman, a North Carolina native and recent graduate of Appalacian State University. "The Shop” is Pertinacious Coffee’s home base cafe, a place where community is found and people feel connected, with quality coffee and fresh baked goods that will have you coming back for more. Meet your friends for a chat, bring your work, or take a quiet moment with a cup of coffee. We welcome all and cannot wait to see you at The Shop!
